Pricing
- We will price match any authorized online competitor's regular priced items within 3 days of purchase. The item(s) must be the same style, color, and size. This does not include pre-order, sale and clearance items. Please email us the link to the item and your order number within 3 days of your purchase. Adjustments will be given at our discretion.
- We cannot honor price adjustments for orders placed before or after a promotional period.
- Sometimes mistakes happen. In the event that incorrect information about price, style, or availability is listed and an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel an order that resulted from a pricing or availability error.
Promotional / Coupon Codes
- Coupon codes cannot be applied to select brands, select sale items, pre-order items, and occasionally specific items.
- Coupon codes cannot be combined. Only one can be used per transaction.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear/ Intimate Apparel
- Swimwear
- Any item discounted more than 50%
- Items marked FINAL SALE in their description
Availability
We will contact you as soon as possible if an item you purchased is not in stock. A full refund will be issued if we cannot fulfill your order.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
Pre-orders
- Pre-order items are excluded from any discount codes and coupons.
- Your credit card will only be charged at the time your order is fulfilled.
- Pre-order items’ ship dates are approximate. We do not guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items.
- We will issue a full refund if we cannot fulfill your pre-order.
